Detecting the #1 Enterprise Risk, Automatically

Major Professional Sports League

Read the case study
The Challenge

A location critical to competitive integrity was monitored on an honor system. Manual oversight across 300+ annual games was physically impossible - the capability to monitor it at scale did not exist.

What We Built

We identified and deployed AI video-recognition technology fit to the detection task, and negotiated a founding-partner trial. Preseason testing delivered 100% detection at a 1% false-positive rate.

The Outcome

Full-season deployment - automated coverage of the league's single largest enterprise risk, a capability it had never had.

The Challenge

A family office holding a large catalogue of media rights needed clear chain-of-title across thousands of legacy contracts and rights documents - work that traditionally means lawyers and analysts reading every page. At catalogue scale, that is slow and expensive enough to stall decisions.

What We Built

A multi-stage AI pipeline that ingests the document corpus, extracts titles and executing parties, classifies chain-of-title, and generates rights memoranda - engineered to handle the long, messy legal documents that off-the-shelf tools choke on.

The Outcome

A capability the office did not have: rights analysis across the full catalogue, at a speed and cost no manual review could match.

The Challenge

A private investor wanted to act on signals hidden in how company executives trade their own stock - intelligence that lives in public filings but is scattered, noisy, and unusable without serious processing.

What We Built

A net-new investment analytics platform that ingests insider-trading data, structures it, and surfaces actionable signals - a product that did not exist in usable form before.

The Outcome

A proprietary investment-intelligence capability, owned by the office, that turns public filings into a decision edge.

A Pipeline That Fills Itself

Boutique Consulting Practice

The Challenge

The firm's growth depended on finding relevant opportunities buried in public solicitations - thousands of postings, almost none relevant, far too many for a person to read.

What We Built

A vertical operating system with a proactive opportunity agent: it scans public opportunity data, scores each against the firm's offering, and drops only high-fit matches into the pipeline as warm cards - complete with how to pursue them.

The Outcome

The firm's pipeline now populates itself. Work that used to mean reading thousands of solicitations runs on its own, surfacing only the decisions worth making.

Customer Zero

Falcon View Group

Read the case study
The Challenge

Running a multi-account firm and a portfolio of products on a lean team meant the operational load - pipeline, follow-ups, delivery, finance - lived in one person's head.

What We Built

Our own operating layer across CRM, delivery, finance, and calendar, with a proactive AI agent running on top - surfacing the day, drafting the next move, and watching public signals to drop warm, time-sensitive opportunities into the pipeline.

The Outcome

We run Falcon View Group on the same kind of system we build for clients. Everything we prove here becomes capability we can deploy for the companies we work with.

AI Solutions Pyramid

Offerings

We help family offices and holding companies develop and execute AI strategy - from identifying the right tools to building custom solutions around proprietary workflows.

We think about the AI landscape in three tiers. Most organizations start at the bottom, with general-purpose tools everyone has access to. The strategic questions are how far up the stack you should move, where a vertical tool earns its place, and where it is worth building something proprietary.

Custom Development

Proprietary AI systems built around your data and decisions.

Vertical / Industry Tools

Specialized products that earn their place in a specific workflow.

General-Purpose Tools

Broad AI platforms your team may already have access to.

Our work spans all three: tool selection at the base, vendor judgment in the middle, and proprietary builds at the top.

01

Assessment

We learn your goals, workflows, and friction, then hand back a prioritized list of the highest-leverage moves and how to make each one happen.

02

Training

We get your team capable with AI for the work they actually do.

03

Embedded team

— monthly retainer

A monthly retainer where we operate as your AI team: organizing the data, building what the work calls for, and handling the questions that come up in between. Scope grows as the work does.

04

Custom build

— we build it

We design and build the solution and hand it over finished.

05

Guided build

— you build it, we guide

Simple internal applications are becoming more and more accessible to build yourself — which is why we offer this. We do the design, pick the stack with you, and review your work at set checkpoints. You build it and own it.

Inside your environment

We work on your infrastructure and in your tools. Your data stays in your systems. Anything new runs alongside the existing process, in parallel, until it has earned the cutover.

Approach

01

Find where AI creates real leverage

We start by understanding the business well enough to see where AI actually moves the needle - not where it sounds impressive. The opportunity you're imagining is rarely the one that matters most.

02

Make the honest build / buy / wait call

Each opportunity sits at a different altitude: a tool you already pay for and underuse, the right vertical product, or a custom build. We know where the AI capability frontier sits today and which vendors are substantive - and we'll tell you what not to build.

03

Deliver proof

Engagements end with evidence: a roadmap you can act on, a vetted solution running on your data, or a working build. The next decision gets made on results, not projections.

Philosophy

The prevailing narrative is that AI replaces people. We believe the opposite.

AI is most powerful in the hands of someone with the context, experience, and judgment to direct it. The companies that win over the next decade will be the ones that use AI to make their best people dramatically more capable.

We build systems that give your experts superpowers.
